Where do you ship from?
Angela Jey orders will be dispatched either from India or Hong Kong, using tracked shipping via International courier companies.
How to track my shipment?
You can view the method of shipping and obtain a shipping estimate during the checkout process. We will send you a 'dispatch confirmation email when your order has been processed. This will include a delivery estimate and where possible, a tracking number for you to track the progress of your order.
How soon can I receive it?
Approximately within 7-10 working days once your payment has been confirmed, unless it is a custom-made order or the item is out of stock. Any date we specify for the delivery of products on the website or by email is approximate. We will try to deliver your goods within 48 hours once we have confirmed the availability of your order. However, due to holidays in the cities where the product is being stored, the delivery date will be confirmed in each individual case. We will do our best to deliver products within the times stated. We shall not be held accountable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay.
How much is it? (Shipping Charges)
We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders above 200USD.
Who pays for duties and taxes?
Duties and Import Taxes are not included in the Shipping Charges, they are different in each country based on product, packaging, size, weight, location and other considerations. Many countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary from country to country. All such duties and taxes are to be paid to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery upon submission of the invoice by our shipping agent.

Please provide an address where you will be able to sign for deliveries. If you wish to have your parcel left without a signature, please be aware that this is at your own risk, Angela Jey will not be responsible if the parcel has gone missing. Due to the contract with some of our suppliers, we do not ship every item to India.
Please be noted that we DO NOT ship to PO BOX address.
PAYMENT FAILURE
In case your payment didn’t go through, we will notify you by email and re-attempt payment after 5 working days, if it remains unsuccessful, we shall cancel your order from our side.
Return & Cancellation
Can I return?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you receive from Angela Jey, you can return it within 7 days of purchase and we will refund your purchase cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and sale items are not refundable. Please send an email to hello@angelajey.com, our team will validate your return request before approval of the return
How to return?
The product must be in original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed and with original tags attached to the original packaging. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. You may return items by posting them back to us. Please include your sales receipt with the return package. If you would like a replacement or exchange you will need to place a new order online.
Please note that any parcels sent to Angela Jey returns are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us. We recommend using a postal tracking service.
Can I return jewellery and earrings?
We do not accept returns of body jewellery and earrings unless faulty, due to hygiene reasons.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us via email if you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect so that we can assist you.
An order can only be cancelled/changed up to the point it is dispatched. Please contact us ASAP by email if wishing to change your order. You will receive an email advising you when your order has been dispatched.
How do we process it?
Returns are usually processed within 3 business days of being received but may take up to 5 business days during busy periods. Depending on your service provider, the refunded amount may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account once processed.
