Q: DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
A: You can shop at ANGELA JEY without creating an account. However, register with us and you will be able to enjoy the following benefits. Track your orders and review past purchases. Request a return or exchange directly from your account. Add sold out items and products you love to your Wish List. Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time.
Q: I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?
A: To reset your password, follow the 'FORGOT PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. In addition, follow the instruction you receive by email. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.
Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
A: Angela Jey orders will be dispatched from either India or Hong Kong, using tracked shipping via International courier companies.
Q: WHICH DESTINATIONS DOES ANGELA JEY SHIP TO?
A: We ship worldwide.
Q: HOW TO TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
A: You can view the method of shipping and obtain a shipping estimate during the Checkout process. We will send you a 'dispatch confirmation' email when your order has been processed. This will include a delivery estimate and where possible, a tracking number for you to track the progress of your order.
Q: HOW SOON CAN I RECEIVE?
A: Approximately, within 7-10 business days once your payment has been confirmed, unless it is a custom made order or the item is out of stock. Any date we specify for delivery of products on the website or by email is approximate. We will try to deliver your goods within 48 hours once we have confirmed the availability of your order. However, due to holidays in the cities where the product is being stored, the delivery date will be confirmed in each individual case. We will do our best to deliver products within the times stated. We shall not be held accountable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay.
Q: HOW MUCH IS IT? (SHIPPING CHARGES)
A: We offer Free shipping worldwide on total order value above $60.
Q: WHO PAYS FOR DUTIES AND TAXES?
A: Duties & Import Taxes are not included in the shipping charges, they are different from each country based on product, packaging, size, weight, location and other considerations. Many countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary from country to country. All such duties and taxes are to be paid to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery upon submission of an invoice by our shipping agent.
Q: PAYMENT FAILURE
A: In case your payment did not go through, we will notify you by email and re-attempt payment after 5 working days, if it remains unsuccessful, we shall cancel your order from our side.
Q: DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY TO HONG KONG?
A: Yes, we ship on the same business day if the order placed before 11 AM.
Q: WHAT IS ANGELA JEY RETURN POLICY?
A: If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you receive from Angela Jey, you can return it within 20 days of purchase and we will refund your purchase cost. Shipping, handling charges are not refundable, sale items are not refundable. Please send an email to admin@angelajey.com, our team will validate your return request before approval of the return
Q: HOW TO RETURN?
A: Product must be in original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed and with original tags attached in original packaging. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. You may return items by posting them back to us. Please include your sales receipt with the return package. If you would like a replacement or exchange, you will need to place a new order online.
Please note that any parcels sent to Angela Jey returns are the responsibility of the customer until we receive them. We recommend using a postal tracking service.
Q: CAN I RETURN JEWELLERY AND EARRING?
A: We do not accept returns of body jewellery and earrings unless faulty, due to hygiene reasons.
Q: CAN I CANCEL AND CHANGE MY ORDER?
A: Please contact us via email admin@angelajey.com, if you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect so that we can assist you.
An order can only be canceled/changed up to the point it is dispatched. Please contact us ASAP by email if wishing to change your order. You will receive an email advising you when your order has been dispatched.
Q: HOW DO WE PROCESS RETURNS?
A: Returns are usually processed within 3 business days of being received, but may take up to 5 business days during busy periods. Depending on your service provider, the refunded amount may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account once processed.
Q: IF I MAIL A RETURN, WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
A: After inspection of the returned product, it will up to 2-5 business days to appear in your account once processed.
Q: WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES ANGELA JEY ACCEPT, AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?
A: We accept Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system. Your credit card details are safe and secured with us.

Q: IF I PLACE AN ORDER, WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
A: Payment will be deducted from the nominated account straight away.
Q: WHY IS MY CARD BEING DECLINED WHEN I TRY TO PLACE AN ORDER?
A: We recommend you contact the card issuer.
